What? Another drummer? Are these guys Spinal Tap? Not quite. On the second night of the Pig and Whistle gig, our good friend Keith McTaggart lent us a hand, and filled in for the evening. Rest assured, Tony did not spontaneously combust.
Keith did a fantastic job - we rolled out some classics that we haven't played in a long time.

BoHo Bike Brigade, September 2006
When a biker asked Third Gear to play "Born To Be Wild", little did they know that the bikers would be riding their Harley's into the Bowness Hotel with the strains of this tune playing in the background. In total, about a dozen motorcycles entered the premises that evening, and set up shop in front of the stage with Third Gear kicking out the jams. The novelty of it all put everyone in a great mood, and a good time was had by all.

Oxford Hotel, Brooks AB, March 2006
The boys headed east on the Trans-Canada to Brooks in late March....all they had with them was Lou's crappy camera phone. Hey...whats the deal with The Headpins getting top billing over us? They are just as washed up as us....
